Shipping:
F.O.B.New York. Shipping and handling will be prepaid and added to invoice. Title of goods passes to customer at the time the merchandise is assigned a carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damages in route. After initial billing, additional freight charges may occur for incorrect addresses or zip codes.
Freight Claims:

Claims for freight adjustments, breakage, damaged goods, and delay in transit must be reported within 5 days or receipt of product. Goods should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Credit will be issued upon receipt of paid claim.

Method of Shipment:
We offer shipping with both UPS and FedEx. For other carriers, please supply your account number. Please allow for additional shipping time.

Split Shipments:
For each shipment after the first please add $6.00(v) per shipment.
Foreign shipments:
$25.00(v) for handling additional documentation, unless you supply completed air bill, export declaration (if required), and commercial invoice.

Billing:
Net 30 days upon approval of credit. Accepted credit cards are American Express,
MasterCard and VISA. Bank wire transfers are accepted for foreign accounts.

NSF:
Any payments received that are retuned as non sufficient funds will be re-invoiced with a $25.00 (v) banking fee with payment due upon receipt of invoice.

Cancellations:
Not allowed once the merchandise is imprinted. Otherwise accepted at cost of materials and labor incurred up to cancellation date. Restocking fee of 10% may apply. Contact factory for details.

Authorized returns:
Merchandise found to be incorrect due to our error will be redone or replaced at no charge when factory is notified with in 5 days of client’s receipt of merchandise. At this time, we will issue a return authorization number and issue a call tag for your package(s). Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.
Authorization & Indemnification:
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase and/or distribute merchandise containing the names, trademarks, logos, copyrights, etc., identified and/or submitted with your order. You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the supplier, it’s affiliates and representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses, (including attorney’s fees), arising out of or related to an actual or alleged infringements of any trademark, copyright or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. This provision will remain in effect after delivery of your order.
